ALL hair extensions are FINAL SALE!! This is due to health and sanitary issues according to federal laws. We cannot allow returns or exchanges. If your item is defective, please notify us within one (1) day of receiving the item at  to receive further instructions on exchanging the hair. Once we receive the product we will conduct a full investigation to determine if the hair is defective. this is the same process for shoes or hair tools. However, if the hair has been worn, processed, cut, brushed, removed from bundle clips, or tried on, or if the lace is cut, then we WILL NOT process your exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Lady Scott Hair co LLC with a complete tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to email us at  with their tracking number and associated information before shipping the products back. Tracking numbers protect you, the customer, and our business.


When paying a deposit for a custom wig order, the deposit is 100% Non-Refundable! Once the deposit is paid NO CHANGES can be made to your custom wig order. Please review all order details and clarify any questions or concerns that you may have prior to paying your deposit. All Deposits are Non-transferable! If a customer pays a deposit for wig install and is unable to make the appointment, the deposit is lost and cannot be "transferred" to another appointment. A new deposit must be payed per appointment.


ETA: Please allow 7-14 business days to process and ship your order (inside the U.S and 7-18 days outside the U.S.). In most cases, orders are processed and shipped on the same day. We will ONLY ship to PayPal verified addresses when using Paypal as your payment method. Please note: billing and shipping address must match or we will NOT ship. Sale/Holiday: **During a sale and/or holidays, please allow an additional 4-5 days to process orders

Delayed packages: Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause a delay on your shipment. We DO NOT refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages. Please keep in mind we WILL NOT change shipping address once your order is placed. If your package is returned to our facility due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address information. It is the customers responsibility to ensure accurate information is entered when placing the order.


We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.  We fully trust USPS/UPS to deliver packages in a timely manner.  In the event your package is delayed, please contact the courier (USPS/UPS) provided in your shipping email. Lady Scott Hair Co will not refund or discount shipping costs for delayed packages.
